DishOne EDISON Training Program

Here at DishOne, we pride ourselves on being able to say that we have always done
the very best at making sure that our sales reps are prepared and ready to be
successful. However, 2016 is the year we take that to the next level with the new
EDISON Training Program.
The EDISON Program is a system of building blocks. It is presented in a simple
understandable manner that allows the rep to build upon previous principles
learned as they navigate through the rest of the program. Each and every principle
helps the rep to further understand the sales process. The main focus of the EDISON
Program is to not only teach the sales rep “what” to do and say something but also
“how” to do and say it as well as “why” they do and say it.
It is comprised of 4 main phases. Each of these phases cover the essential areas of
training that a new sales rep needs to understand and be able to apply on the doors
in order to be successful here at DishOne. The four phases are The Mindset, The
Pitch, The Sale and The Close.
Once the sales rep has completed this program, they will be adequately prepared to
not only get out on the doors but to conquer them!
