Together we will prepare a very tasty pizza recipe. The ingredients that we have prepared for this recipe are the following: 150 g Chicken – Thigh fillets which are the best, 2 tbs Cajun seasoning, 2 tbs Olive oil, 2 peeled mangoes or Mango Chutney, 1 small pot of natural yogurt, 1 banana sliced, 1 small packet of cashew and one spanish onion or regular onion. Methods: You have to put pizza dough on a ceramic platter floured and preheat oven to 450 F. Place it in oven and heat for 5-10 minutes or until base starts to get crispy. You have to put the Cajun seasoning, chicken and olive oil in a pan. Fry finely sliced onion in a separate pan until caramelized. Combine and spread evenly over the partially cooked pizza base. Add a mango, a sliced banana and cashew. Heat until cooked. Serve with yogurt. Enjoy.
